Credit Card as your payment method you will be asked for your credit
card information during the
checkout process. Your transaction will be processed when you complete

When paying with a credit card,
for your security, your billing name and address must match that
of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel

| Call Me For My Payment |
|
If you select Call Me For My Payment,
one of our customer service professionals will call you to finalize
payment for your order. During this process we will ask you for your
credit card information and verify your billing address. We will process
your credit card manually and prepare your order for shipment upon
completion of the credit card transaction. |

| Fax In |
|
If you select
Fax In to process your order, we can accept check, money order,
any any of the credit cards listed above. Please fax a copy of your
order receipt along with payment information. If you choose to pay
by credit card
you can include your credit card number, expiration date, and billing
address in the fax or indicate you want a customer service professional
to contact you for payment. If you choose to mail in a check or money
order follow the Mail In process below.

If you choose
Mail In for your order, we can accept check, money order,
any any of the credit cards listed above. If you choose to pay by
credit card, please supply your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date,
and verify your billing address. Be sure to include your Order Number
with your payment information.

| Where Do I Mail My Payment? |
|
When you indicate Mail In or Fax In for your order,
we can accept check, money order, any any of the credit cards listed
above. If you choose to pay by credit card, please supply your Credit
Card Number, Expiration Date, and verify your billing address. Be
sure to include your Order Number with your payment information.

If you send payment in the form of a check or money order, we will
hold the order until your payment has been received and it has cleared.
When payment has been verified your order will be shipped within
