Customer Service - Shipping Methods

Your American Soap Company Order will usually be shipped within 48 hours of the time we have received your order. If you order on Friday, over a weekend or on a holiday, your package will be shipped on the following Monday.

You will receive an email indicating the time and date that your package was shipped, the carrier name and a tracking number. You will be supplied the appropriate website so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

If your package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number. This number can be used to inquire about a package, but there will not be any information available on the delivery until the delivery has occurred.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own time to delivery, weight restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Priority Shipping

USPS Priority Shipping for 2-3 Day Delivery.
Items shipped via USPS Priority service will typically arrive within three days of shipment. Also, use this service if you need product shipped to a Post Office Box.

Standard Shipping

Standard Ground Service can be used for destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. You can expect your order to arrive within 5- 7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Expedited Delivery

American Soap Company offers same day shipping when expedited shipping is requested, if we receive and process your credit card order before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday will be processed the next business day. Please note that Overnight or Second Day delivery on orders processed before 3:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday, respectively.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight Shipping for delivery by 10:30, Noon or 3pm on the next non weekend day via Major Package Carriers are designated Next Day Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, respectively. Overnight shipping via the USPS is designated: Express.

Second Day Shipping

Second Day Shipping for delivery by 5 pm the second business day is provided by Major Package Carriers.

Delivery Failure Credits

Credits for delivery failure will be issued within two business days after we have received documentation that delivery did not occur. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping fees are refundable only if the shipping agency refunds same to American Soap Company.

Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution.
